Welcome to The Joint Sem Application website (hereinafter: “Apply to Sem”, “we”, “our”, or “the Website”). By accessing or using our Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Use of the Website
- The Website is intended to provide information and application services for seminaries and related programs.
- You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws in Israel.
- You may not use the Website in a way that could damage, disable, or interfere with its proper operation.
2. User Accounts
- Some areas of the Website may require registration. You must provide accurate and complete information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
- Apply to Sem reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

- We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with Israeli privacy laws and the [Protection of Privacy Law, 1981].
- By using the Website, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You may request the removal of your account from the website at any time, via the contract email below. When processed, your application will no longer be available to sems to whom you with to apply.
4. Fees, Cancellations and Returns
- Some services on the Website may require payment of fees. All fees will be clearly displayed before payment.
- There are a 2 kinds of fees on the site: the 'Applicant Site' fee paid to the site, for its service & support; and the application/registration fees paid to the sems to whom you are applying or registering. Regarding payments to the sems, any queries, questions or claims should be directed to the relevant sems, as the fees are processed directly by them. Their contact details are displayed on the home page of the site.
- Payment is processed securely via approved payment providers.
- Cancellation or Refund of the 'Applicant Site' fee: In accordance with the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of a Transaction) Regulations, 2010 - the use of this site shall be considered a 'perishable' digital product and therefore once paid, this fee is not eligible for a refund or cancellation.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Apply to Sem or its licensors and is protected under Israeli and international copyright laws.
- You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
6. Third-Party Links
- The Website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these external sites.
- Accessing such links is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
- The Website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
